Currently, we do not offer installment payment options for online purchases.

Our Relocation

When is Badges for Africa relocating?

We’ll be moving from Durban to Cape Town between August 18–25. During this time our factory will be in “freeze” mode for physical moves, but our office and production teams remain fully operational.

At this stage, we do not anticipate major delays. However, during the week of August 18–25 you may see occasional shifts of 1–2 business days as we settle into our new workflow.

Yes. To guarantee delivery before key events in August–October, please submit your orders by August 8. We will fast-track these to meet your deadlines.

We remain committed to sourcing the most cost-effective courier options for your deliveries.
When placing orders as usual we will quote, and courier rates will be confirmed.

From August 26, collection will only be available at our Cape Town facility (see address below). If you require a one-off Durban pickup during the move window, please contact us at least five business days in advance.

Between August 18–25 our factory will be in “move-freeze” mode, so we’re unable to accommodate regular walk-in collections during that week.
If you need a one-off pickup in Cape Town between those dates, please contact us at least five business days in advance so we can make special arrangements.
From August 26 onward all collections will be from our Cape Town facility:

No. Once we relocate to Cape Town on August 26, Durban collections will no longer be available.
Instead, you’re welcome to:
• Arrange courier delivery through us.
• Book your own courier to collect—just let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly.

• Yes. While we’ll continue working through the relocation, production will pause briefly between August 18–25 during the physical move.
• We strongly recommend placing orders well before August 5 to ensure delivery ahead of your events, functions, or activations.
• After August 25, production resumes in Cape Town, but early planning is key.

We’re moving to a Cape Town-based courier model after August 25, so in-person cash payments will no longer be possible.


Instead, please use:
• EFT (electronic fund transfer)—safe and simple.
• If your account is on terms, payments continue as agreed.

Yes, they will. With our relocation, courier delivery replaces local drop-off and collection, so turnaround times will naturally extend.


Here’s what to expect:
• Cape Town to Durban courier typically takes 2–3 business days via economy road freight.
• Overnight options are available for urgent orders, but they come at a higher cost.
• We do not offer same-day or 1–2-day turnaround on most badge orders—so please plan ahead, especially for events and activations.

Festive Season Closure

Please be advised that Badges for Africa will be closed from 19 December to 5 January.

Orders and enquiries sent during this period will be attended to immediately upon our return.
